Is the book easy to use?
Yes, depending on your current system the book allows you to write the pupils name and tick the appropriate box. Many teachers/carers walk around with the book. If you have numerous children queuing outside reception, the book makes it very easy to quickly fill out the form and let the child get the medical help he or she needs, and saves you time.
How do I personalise the book?
Just send an email to sales@Ltsupplies.co.uk with a PDF or JPEG of your school logo. Also send us the phone number and school name you require on each slip.
Will I see a proof before I receive the books?
Yes, we have been in the printing industry for 30 years and understand how important a proof is. The proof makes sure you can check all details are correct and that you like how the form is going to look before we go to print. It takes 2 weeks on average to receive books from proof to approval.
Can I open a credit account?
Yes, a credit account will be opened instantly and you will receive the standard books next day with an invoice. We will be on your local authority suppliers list. You can send a cheque or pay by Bacs. Our payment terms are 30 days and our bank account details are on the invoice.
